Cinny Raisin Sourdough

Naturally leavened sourdough with plump raisins and real cinnamon woven throughout. Slow fermentation brings out the tangy depth of the sourdough, while the raisins add little bursts of natural sweetness and the cinnamon brings that cozy, familiar warmth.

No added sugar. Just flour, raisins, cinnamon, and time.

Ingredients: Alberta organic unbleached white flour, Alberta organic whole wheat flour, filtered Devon water, Celtic sea salt, golden raisins & cinnamon.

Please note: the raisins and cinnamon are not organic. Some ingredients simply aren't practical to source organically without significantly increasing the price of the loaf. We gotta pick our battles in this economy :)

Toast it with butter. Add cream cheese. Eat it warm straight from the toaster.....and French toast? Absolutely. This loaf was practically made for it.
