My naturally leavened sourdough meets generous pockets of sharp cheddar for a loaf that's simple, savory, and seriously hard to stop eating. Slow fermentation brings out the tangy sourdough flavor, while the cheddar cubes melt into golden, crispy pockets throughout the loaf.

Ingredients: Alberta organic unbleached white flour, Alberta organic whole wheat flour, filtered Devon water, Celtic sea salt, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and cheddar cheese.

Please note: the cheese is not organic. Some ingredients simply aren't practical to source organically without significantly increasing the price of the loaf.
