Rich. Chewy. Ridiculously Chocolatey.

This isn't your average chocolate chip cookie. A thick, buttery 4 oz sourdough cookie (FYI, that's 120 grams) loaded with chunks of chocolate bars that melt into big, gooey pockets throughout. The sourdough adds a subtle tang and extra depth that makes all that chocolate taste even better.

Basically, I took a really amazing cookie dough and gave it big chunks of really good chocolate. Because apparently chocolate chips weren't doing enough.

Ingredients: Organic flour, non-organic butter, sourdough starter, homemade brown sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, chocolate bars, homemade vanilla & Celtic sea salt.

and Let's be real: once we hit this level of chocolatey amazing deliciousness, we're not pretending this is health food. I'm just using good ingredients and making a damn amazing cookie.
